+What are the available subscription plans?

Currently, the only subscription plan available is the free plan with 30 monthly credits.

+I want to test the BeatSplitter before purchasing a subscription. How can I do this?

We give every new user that creates an account with us at Tona.ai 5 free credits they can spend testing out our products. Once you have used the 5 credits, you will have to enroll in a subscription to receive more. Currently, all subscription plans are free.

+I have used all my monthly credits. How can I get more?

The only subscription plan available now is the free plan with 30 monthly credits. If you have used all of your credits, you will need to email djtonasound@gmail.com to request more credits.

+Can I transfer credits to my friend from my account?

No, we do not allow for credits to be transferred between accounts.

+I ended my subscription, but later decided I wanted to re-subscribe. What happens to the credits that remained in my account.

When you end a subscription, the credits in your account will be lost. When you subscribe again, you will receive the amount of credits included in that subscription.

+There is something wrong with my account. How can I get help?
