I want to test the stem-splitter before purchasing a subscription. How can I do this?
We give every new user that creates an account with us at Tona.ai 5 free credits they can spend testing out our products. Once you have used the 5 credits, you will have to enroll in a subscription to receive more.
I have used all my monthly credits. How can I get more?
A subscription can be upgraded at any time by purchasing a bigger plan. You will be billed the difference between your current subscription and the new subscription, and you will receive the amount of credits included in the new plan, minus any credits already used for that month. The subscription will permanently be changed to the bigger subscription plan after you upgrade.
I have too many credits every month. How can I downgrade?
A subscription can be downgraded or canceled at any time. You will keep your credits until the next billing cycle, when your subscription will be updated.
At the end of the month, I have credits remaining. What happens to my credits when a new month begins?
We have allowed users to rollover unused credits. The maximum amount of credits that can be in an account cannot exceed 45 for Standard subscriptions, 105 for Pro, and 270 for Producer.
Can I transfer credits to my friend from my account?
No, we do not allow for credits to be transferred between accounts.
I ended my subscription, but later decided I wanted to re-subscribe. What happens to the credits that remained in my account.
When you end a subscription, the credits in your account will default to 0. When you subscribe again, you will receive the amount of credits included in that subscription.
